REFUND POLICY

We want to be completely transparent about how fulfillment works for both our digital frameworks and our physical printed tools. Please read this policy carefully before acquiring your resources.

1. Digital Frameworks (PDF Downloads) Because our digital logs, trackers, and frameworks are instantly delivered to your inbox the moment you complete your purchase, they cannot be physically returned. For this reason, all sales of digital PDF downloads are final and non-refundable. Once the file is in your hands, it is yours to use.

2. Physical Printed Tools To provide you with high-quality physical versions of our trackers, we partner with a print-on-demand service. This means your item is printed specifically for you at the time of your order.

Because these items are made to order, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if you simply change your mind after purchasing.

3. Damaged or Defective Physical Items If your printed notebook or tracker arrives damaged in transit, or if there is a clear manufacturing defect (such as misprinted pages or broken binding), we absolutely want to make it right.

Please reach out to us via our Support page within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will work with our printing partner to get a free replacement sent out to you as quickly as possible.

4. Digital Delivery Issues If you purchase a digital framework and the download link is broken, the email doesn't arrive, or the file appears corrupted, please contact us immediately through our Support page. We will manually verify your order and ensure the correct files are securely sent to you.
